We ship within the continental US using standard ground shipping using a variety of carriers. We always do our best to accommodate expedited orders, but please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing so we can confirm.

International shipments can be sent directly from our factory in Guatemala or from our distribution center in Oakland Park, Florida. We have experience shipping to the US, Europe and Middle East.
items can be returned within 2 week of delivery on stock items, Anything Made to Order or Custom is not eligible for returns unless there is damages or defects.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Note from the seller: 100% of the item price will be refunded. We offer a refund for the full value of an item once it is shipped back and it arrived in comparable condition to how we shipped it. We prefer to be notified before the item will be returned so our logistics department is aware of the return.

* Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through us.Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized orders are at the seller's discretion.
Our artisanal pieces are manufactured to the highest standards. However, the unique nature of wood and the other materials that are used in production means that no two pieces of furniture will be exactly alike. We make every effort to ensure that each item is produced to our exacting standards, but cannot be held responsible for slight variations in finish, color and general appearance.
